This picture is from the private pool on the roof terrace of the luxury penthouse. It is a modern complex situated right on the beach on the “New Golden Mile”, between Marbella/Puerto Banus and Estepona. The pool area has 6 sun beds and dining table. The views over the beach and the ocean is very special: You feel you are on the top of it all. You can see everything, nobody can see you. Side-walls prevent insight from neighbors; only access to the private pool area is from the apartment.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. Also, there is a big terrace outside the living room/master bedroom. Two good sized communal pools in the gardens, gym, tennis, paddle tennis, putting green. 24 hours security.
Well run and safe community
Los Granados Playa is a well organised and very professionally administrated community. The commuity office is open every day to run the place and be a contact to all owners and habitants. The economy is good and the communal fees have actually decreased the last years. About 20% of the apartments are used permanently by residents, the rest are vacation homes. It is good for the community that some people also live there all the time. There is no concentration of special national groups.
The community is very safe, and feels so too. We have owned the apartment for 8 years and never heard of any breakins, theft or other crimes. 24 hours guards in the gate and good security systems.
Easy to rent
The rental income is good. Every year since 2002, the yearly rental income has been €30-35.000. Next owner is welcome to take over my rental website and my ads in international rental websites.
